Trangia was founded in 1925 by a Swedish farmer, John Jonsson, who had a passion for technology and design. Trangia has since become one of the leading outdoor industry brands for a variety of camping and backpacking stoves, cookware, and more, which are all still made in the village of Trångsviken, in Sweden.
