Time of delivery of the goods: The goods will be delivered within one week after the order is placed or on the date specified. Alternatively, you can pick up the goods at adex base. In this case, please inform us of the date of receipt.

Method of delivery: Japan Post or Kuroneko Yamato TA-Q-BIN

Defective goods: Defective products or products that differ from the product description can be returned or exchanged.

Refunds: Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods via our contact form or by telephone (0143-50-6441). We will check the condition of the product and take action to return or exchange it. In the case of defective goods, we will bear the shipping costs. Returns of goods for the customer's convenience are limited to unopened, unused and within the expiry date. (The goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.) The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned goods. (If you wish to return an item, please let us know first.)

Terms and conditions of sale: Sales in Japan only. If you live outside the country, you can choose to receive your order at adex base.
