The top-of-the-range model in Fjällräven’s iconic ‘Kanken’ series. Made from G-1000 fabric, it offers excellent water-repellency and durability.

This attractive fabric develops a rich patina over time and pairs superbly with genuine leather.

This product is made from Fjällräven’s traditional G1000 fabric—a blend of 65% polyester and 35% cotton—which has been loved for over 50 years. By impregnating the fabric with GreenlandWax—a compound of beeswax and paraffin specifically designed for G1000 fabric (sold separately)—the fabric’s durability, abrasion resistance, water resistance, wind resistance, breathability and adaptability are enhanced. When the wax is applied, the fabric’s weave becomes so tightly packed that even mosquitoes cannot bite through it. Furthermore, G1000 fabric has achieved a ‘50+’ rating in Australia’s UV test – considered the most rigorous – and effectively blocks ultraviolet rays.
